Susie brings a calm, open and agile approach. 

Susie is commercially focused and creates the space and structure needed for lasting change. 

Susie has 20 years experience in Leadership Development roles across organizations, including EY and Dyson, as well as a depth of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry. She has worked extensively with teams in Europe, the US and Asia.

Working with individuals, she creates insight through a range of tools, enabling them to grow and flex to meet the different challenges of leadership. Clients get space to reflect, greater clarity and renewed focus.

With teams, she carefully balances direction and flexibility, creating structure that facilitates inclusion and a consistent outcomes focus.

Trained in multiple assessment tools, Susie can bring a quantitative aspect into her coaching; using third-party insight, combined with her supportive approach, to provide a strong foundation of self-awareness to her clients.  Her work often involves supporting others to navigate a step change, prepare for a transition or drive growth.

Susie has a Bachelors degree in Social Science and Masters in Human Resources.  She is currently completing the Executive Coaching Program at  Henley Business School.
