Sam is an experienced Business Psychologist, Coach and Facilitator who has spent over 25 years working with global organisations during periods of challenge, growth, transformation and change. He had a first career in Organisation Development and Strategy with GlaxoSmithKline, Diageo and Investec.

He has a deep interest in the ability of leaders to deliver significant growth or transformation agendas. He is known for providing challenge to habitual thinking, unlocking the power dynamics, relationships and behaviours that the organisation chart doesn’t reveal. His years of experience at senior levels inside organisations mean he is able to understand the culture, systems and processes that underpin high performance.

His style is both supportive and direct and he specialises in working with intellectually-strong, driven and achievement orientated leaders.

Sam is a Certified Business Psychologist and Founding Member of the Association for Business Psychology. He is a Fellow of The Association for Coaching. He has a BSc. in Psychology from the University of Birmingham and an MSc. In Occupational Psychology from London Guildhall. Sam has also worked as a Placement Therapist at The Priory Hospital North London and was on the Clinical Board of a private mental health facility in London.

He is a contributing author to the well-known book, The Challenger Spirit: Organizations That Disturb The Status Quo (2011).
