Anthony brings warmth and energy to his coaching work with leaders
Anthony is passionate about making a difference by supporting leaders in navigating the opportunities and challenges they face in an ever-evolving and often turbulent business context.
He is known for his supportive and emotionally attuned coaching approach and for enabling leaders to tap into the resources they have in order to achieve high performance as individuals and in leading their teams.
Anthony has extensive coaching experience and has worked with C-suite leaders and top talent at senior levels, in particular supporting leaders in transitions to new and complex roles where they need to extend their leadership influence in order to be successful. In his coaching practice, Anthony draws on his experience as a senior HR Business Partner, Head of Learning and Development and OD Consultant in two of the Big Four accounting firms.
As an enthusiastic and life-long learner, Anthony has completed an MA in Management Studies and an MSc in Training and Development. Anthony is a Fellow of the CIPD and completed his postgraduate coaching qualification at Henley Business School. He is a qualified and practicing mediator and works with his own coach supervisor to ensure he is at his best in his work with clients.
