Tim is an experienced leadership and organisation development practitioner, facilitator, and executive and team coach.

His approach focuses on partnering with leaders and teams, working with their agendas to help create new awareness, choice, experimentation, learning and change.

Tim receives feedback that he brings a calm and playful presence, encouraging trust and creating conditions for new and important conversations within teams.

Tim brings over 24 years experience within Financial Services organisations, including Barclays, Standard Chartered, and HSBC, spanning global consulting and leadership development roles, and working with teams in the UK, Europe, US, and Asia-Pacific. Early experience in client-facing and marketing roles, as well as banking qualifications, underpin a grounded commercial edge and context in his work. Later, as Global Head of Development for HSBC Private Banking and then Group Corporate Functions divisions, Tim partnered numerous executive and leadership teams on their effectiveness and change agendas, as well as leading the creation of a group-wide internal coaching faculty.

 Building on Bachelors degrees in the areas of Social Sciences and Finance, Tim is an EMCC Accredited Coach, holds a certificate in International Systemic Team Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching, and is a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming.
