Jeanette is an Organisation Development Consultant and Executive Coach, having coached business leaders in the UK and internationally in areas of leadership development, business/performance improvement and personal and career development.

Jeanette’s coaching is informed by 25 years’ experience as a management consultant and HR Leader within PwC, including working in PwC’s global centre of expertise for talent management. Jeanette has also held senior positions in retail, financial services, international development and within the IT industry.  

Jeanette holds an MSc in Management Development and Organisational Change, a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and a post graduate Diploma in Personnel Management. Jeanette is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) and a certified Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Jeanette is certified in the use of many coaching and psychometric tools including MBTI Steps I and II, Leadership Impact, SIMA Coaching, FIRO-B and The Leadership Circle.
