Her approach to coaching and mentoring is grounded in the belief that the client is inherently resourceful – the task of the coach being to help the client discover new options and work through their choices to develop sustainable outcomes.
With over 25 years’ experience across multiple industries and sectors, Liz has developed a good understanding of how organisations work and the daily challenges faced by individuals.
Recent coaching assignments have included Board/Leadership Team/ Partner succession candidates, key career transitions, fast growing entrepreneurial business challenges, helping clients to build personal confidence and impact, resilience and wellbeing.
Liz has been working as a coach and independent HR consultant since 2013. Her previous career involved HR leadership roles in several professional services organisations including PwC. She has worked with large multinational corporate organisations and fast paced small/medium sized entrepreneurial businesses.
Qualified with the Professional Post Graduate Certificate in Coaching from Henley Business School, Liz is also an NLP practitioner and Myers Briggs accredited. She is a chartered member of the CIPD and has degrees in Nutrition from Middlesex University and Economics from Southampton University.
